We are interested in creating long-term relationships and are completely committed to delivering a superior level of customer service and care, with many clients commenting upon the extreme lengths we have gone to accommodate them. Warranty - All equipment is issued with an 18-month warranty as standard to give you peace
of mind
24-hour Call-out - If you have an emergency of need to speak to a technical engineer, SPE
are on-hand to give advice and visit your business premises
After Sales - We provide a normal and out-of-hours telephone service to answer any questions
and are able to carry out on-site calibration, helping to get the most out of your machines
Modifications and Upgrades - with business change and growth there can be the need to
amend machines. We are well equipped to redevelop existing machinery in-line with new
specifications
Training - Free training is given on all equipment upon installation, with additional training for
new employees offered. Every machine is supplied with a full documentation pack covering:
the safety precautions, machine description, operating procedures, maintenance,
recommended spare parts list, electrical and pneumatic drawings, and software manual, as
well as a certificate of conformity, calibration and finally a software backup CD
