John started his career as an apprentice for Zenith Carbaretta Company and in 1982 he established SPE. His industry experience and knowledge is extensive. Being highly practical and resourceful John is the test system designer, participating in all project design reviews, overseeing project development and liaising with customers.

Chris was the project manager for SU Automotive until 1999 when he joined SPE as Director working closely with John on high profile projects. Chris is able to bring his knowledge and experience of assembly and test processes, providing an innovative approach to software and control systems - seeing solutions come to life through designs.

Alex completed an engineering degree in 2002 at Loughborough University in Product Design and Manufacturing before joining SPE as project manager. Alex is responsible for mechanical design and project management, bringing a great deal of technical knowledge, enabling him to fully establish clients' requirements to produce successful solutions.
